Cakes, cakes everywhere.. I’m so much in love with cakes
I love those delicious creamy chocolate cakes … emmm Yummy…. I decided to make all these on my own when I think of the calories they bring in along… Here i am the King or rather Queen I should say
… and i can make the choice of the quantity of butter and sugar I can use.. in a way restrict it and just make enough that will quench our sweet cravings
- Mix the dry ingredients Self Raising Flour and Cocoa Powder well enough and keep aside
- In another bowl mix butter and sugar and the add the eggs and continue to beat it for 2-3 minutes. You could use an electric beater or use the pain old fork for beating it.
- Add vanilla Essence and milk to this mixture and mix it well.
- Slowly add the mixture of the dry ingredients and mix it well.
- Grease a microwave safe bowl with butter
- Pour the cake mixture into the bowl
- Microwave on High for 2 and half minutes
- Continue to microwave on Medium for 1 minute.
- Check if the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick to the center of the cake and if it comes out clean without any lumps on it, the cake is cooked
